These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Lumipo Wellness Rewards Inc., the corporation operating lumipo.com, the Lumipo app and the Lumipo marketplace. Creating an account, connecting a source, earning Minutes, subscribing or purchasing from the marketplace means you accept them.

Lumipo is an activity gated rewards marketplace. Connect a wearable or your phone, clear 150 qualifying minutes of elevated heart rate a week across at least three separate days, or clear the Steady Path of five days of twenty minutes of any recorded activity, and earn Minutes you spend on the Lumipo marketplace at a rate published before you earn them: 200 Minutes equals one dollar off, with each item showing its own discount ceiling.
Qualifying minutes are computed from your heart rate series, not from what a workout says it lasted. The program is built on a floor, not a cliff: partial weeks record partial credit, banked rest days are spent automatically to preserve a week you would otherwise lose, and an injury or illness pause of up to eight weeks reads as paused, never failed. Nothing ever resets to zero.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States. One account per person; Minutes are earned by the account holder's own activity. You are responsible for keeping your login confidential and for activity under your account.
Minutes accrue one per qualifying minute up to 300 a week, plus 150 for clearing the floor. Minutes have no cash value, are not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and expire 26 weeks after the batch that earned them, with the expiry date shown on the batch being spent. Verification runs throughout: heart rate series requirements, device attestation, source pinning, deduplication and a plausibility envelope. Where the integrity engine flags activity, Minutes can be withheld pending a one tap human appeal, and accounts engaged in fabrication can be closed. Published rates cannot be quietly tightened: a change to the rate or to an item's ceiling applies prospectively and is announced before it applies.
The marketplace sells physical goods at listed prices, payable with a card plus any Minutes you choose to apply within an item's ceiling. Prices, availability and discounts can change, but not retroactively for an order already placed. Shipping timelines and costs are stated at checkout. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return Policy, which is linked at checkout and on the site footer; where a returned order used Minutes, the Minutes portion is re-credited and the cash portion is refunded to the original payment method as the Return Policy states.
Lumipo is offered on the following plans, billed through our payment processor:
Free: $0, permanently. The whole loop, unlimited sources, banked rest days and injury pause, the full marketplace, and one draw entry per cleared week.
Plus: $29 a year, or $3.99 a month. Free shipping, an extra banked rest day monthly, early access to drops and priority on appeals, with no change to the earning rate.
Teams: $3 to $6 per employee per month, Phase 2, for employers of 200 plus, with Plus for every seat, private teams, aggregate only reporting and annual requalification, invoiced as agreed in the order form.
Brand Partner: $0 listing fee with a uniform retailer margin, a storefront page, placement in week cleared surfaces, cohort acquisition reporting and control of their own depth, under a separate partner agreement.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Cancel any time from account settings or by contacting us; cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires a refund, subscription periods are non refundable once begun. Marketplace purchases follow the Return Policy rather than this paragraph.
You agree to earn Minutes only with your own activity and your own devices, not to fabricate, replay or manipulate activity data, not to resell Minutes or marketplace discounts, not to reverse engineer or scrape the service, not to attempt unauthorized access, and not to interfere with its operation.
The software, the program, the marketplace and the site belong to Lumipo Wellness Rewards Inc. or its licensors. Your account grants a personal, limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the service while your account is in good standing. Product names and marks on the marketplace belong to their brands. No other rights are granted.
Lumipo is a rewards program, not a medical device, a diagnostic tool or a source of medical advice. Heart rate data is used to compute qualifying minutes, nothing more. Consult a professional before starting or changing an exercise program, and stop activity that causes pain or symptoms. The injury pause exists so that stopping is never penalised.
Lumipo offers an SMS program that sends recurring automated account notification text messages about the subscriber's account and service to the mobile number provided at opt-in. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to [INSERT SHORT CODE]. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status by SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did the first time. If you are experiencing issues, reply HELP for assistance, or text HELP to [INSERT SHORT CODE], or contact us directly at the phone number or email in this document.
Carriers supported include AT&T, T-Mobile, Metro PCS, Verizon Wireless, US Cellular, Google Voice, Cellular One, Cellcom, Cellular South, Interop, Clearsky. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Source connections to Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, Health Connect, Oura, Ultrahuman, Withings, WHOOP or your phone run under each platform's own terms and permissions, presented at connection. Payment processing is handled by our payment processor; shipping is performed by carriers stated at checkout. We are not responsible for third party outages, though banked rest days and the floor exist so that a missed sync does not cost you a week unfairly.
The service and the marketplace are provided as is and as available, except as expressly stated in the Return Policy or required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumipo Wellness Rewards Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for Minutes expired, weeks missed or draws not won. For marketplace orders our liability is limited to the price paid for the order; for everything else it is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the company is organized, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts of that state.
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes, including any prospective change to the published rate, are posted on the site and announced in the app before they take effect; continued use is acceptance.
