Lumipo never sells your health data. Here is exactly what we use it for and what we do not.

Your heart rate data exists for one purpose at Lumipo: calculating your earned minutes. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond your membership rewards.
Lumipo receives elevated heart rate minutes from your connected device. That is the only health metric we need to calculate your rewards. We do not access location history, sleep data, or medical records.

We do not sell your health data to advertisers, insurers, or third-party marketers. We do not share individual activity profiles with partner brands. Your minute totals are private.
Partner brands in the marketplace see only your order details at checkout, not your heart rate history or daily activity patterns.
During signup, you authorize a one-time link to your wearable or phone. Lumipo reads only the heart rate data needed for minute tracking.
Your account settings show exactly what data Lumipo holds. You can export or delete your information at any time.
Remove device access from account settings. Lumipo stops collecting new data immediately. Existing minute balances remain until you close your account.
Your health data exists to power your rewards, not someone else's ad campaign.
Lumipo was built on a simple promise: your activity earns you rewards, and your data stays yours. Read our full Privacy Policy for complete details.
Lumipo uses elevated heart-rate minutes to calculate rewards. That is the job. We connect to your wearable or phone so qualifying activity can become marketplace credit. We do not need your private messages, photo library, or a surveillance profile of your life.
Data minimization is a product decision, not a slogan. If a metric does not help compute minutes, rest banking, or account security, it does not belong in the rewards pipeline.
We do not sell your health data. We do not use it to build advertising audiences. We do not rent it to brokers. Those lines exist because trust is the only way a heart-rate rewards product deserves to exist.
If that ever changed, it would not be a quiet policy footnote. It would be a different company. Read the Privacy Policy for legal detail, and treat this article as the plain-language commitment.
You can disconnect wearables, adjust notification preferences, and request account support through Contact Us. Plus and Free dashboards both expose settings for profile and alerts so you are not trapped in a forever sync you cannot undo.
Security basics still matter on your side: strong passwords, device OS updates, and caution with shared phones. We protect data in transit and at rest with modern practices; you protect the door to the device that collects heart rate in the first place.
People will not wear sensors for discounts if the discounts are a front for exploitation. Lumipo’s bargain is narrower and cleaner: verified movement in, marketplace value out. Health data is the meter, not the merchandise.
If you want the operational rules, see the Privacy Policy. If you want the product loop, see How 150 Minutes Becomes Real Rewards. If you want help with a specific account issue, contact support and we will treat it like private information, because it is.
